Currently we have both un-insulated and insulated shipping options available. Our insulated shipping includes a styrofoam insert and an ice bag to ensure the chocolate remains cool enough in transit. Items sent in un-insulated shipping are not guaranteed against melting during transit. The following items require insulated shipping at all times of the year: Classic Truffles and Ultra Chocolate Sauce. Most orders ship within two business days.
