Ultra Chocolate Sauce is a wonderful ganache chocolate ideal for use as an ice cream topping, in hot chocolate, on pies or cakes, or eaten with a spoon. It is made of pure rich dark chocolate and fresh cream. Because of the fresh dairy it must remain refrigerated (with a shelf life of a month) or frozen, and requires the insulated shipping option at all times of the year.
