Stir into batter: 3 c. uncooked oatmeal (not instant).
If dough seems a bit stiff, add 1 TBSP of water. Add 10 ounces of Dark Chocolate Buttons. Bake on a greased cookie pan for 13 minutes (no longer if you want them chewy). Let them set up a couple minutes before removing from pan to put on cooling racks.
Yields: Approx. 2 dozen (3 inch) cookies; depending on how much your helper samples the dough.
