Double Chocolate Pound Cake

1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
3 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
5 large eggs
1 cup Sunrise Cocoa (unsweetened)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup water
8 oz. Dark Chocolate Buttons

In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat at high speed for 5 minutes, then add vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each . In separate bowl, mix together cocoa, flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and water, ending with dry ingredients.Add dark chocolate buttons and mix until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for 60 - 75 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cake rest in pan for 20 minutes, then turn onto cake rack. Cool completely before serving. Decorate with chocolate dipped almonds, sweetened whipped cream or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serves 12 - 16
